Company Overview

Tri-Valley Corporation is an oil and natural gas exploration and production company with operations in California.  We also have two exploration stage gold properties in Alaska. The majority of our revenue is derived from oil and gas production.

Tri-Valley was incorporated in Delaware in 1971 and completed its initial public offering in 1972. Our stock is traded on the NYSE Amex exchange under the symbol “TIV.”

The Company’s headquarters and administrative offices, and those of its subsidiaries, are located in Bakersfield, California.
